We try our best to deliver your orders on given time. Once you have placed the order you should receive a verification email. 

In the current COVID_19 situation, the deliveries are taking longer. We will continue improving the delivery times as the COVID_19 situation gets better. If an item is not delivered in 20 working days, the customers are requested to contact support@thechintz.com

Please note that the orders only ship on business days i.e. from Monday-Friday.
