- You can exchange your purchase within 7 days accompanied by an original sales receipt.
- Your exchange can be coordinated via email (support@thechintz.com) or you can call or what's app us at +92-305-3331691 between 10am to 6pm,Mon-Fri.
- You can only make a claim of damage merchandise within in 7 days of purchase. If bought online, damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Upon receipt of the parcel, the return or gift voucher will be processed in 5-7 working days in which you will be given the details of the refund transaction or the number of the gift voucher will be shared on the email provided by you.
- No exchange can be made during sales / promotion periods.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- For refund, Our team will inspect after the parcel is returned, only then your query will be entertained. Remember that Chintz will not entertain your query, if there is any problem in the product like:
1) There is smell.
2) Smells like perfumed
3) Stains appeared
4) Removed tags.
- The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. Under certain conditions, if the refund is to be processed for items that do not comply with return/exchange criteria, the refund amount would be processed after deduction of 25% of the total amount of the product. We have strictly no exchange/no return policy for lingerie items.
